Here Is How We Determine Quality Score For Every Charter Quote Request Received
Each Charter Quote Request must not only achieve a minimum Quality Score of #5, but also must match your Charter Market Profile or you are not charged for it.
(1) We start off each inquiry by giving it 10 points. We then deduct points from the inquiry as follows:
- No Contact Name Provided - Deduct 6 Points
- No Company Name Provided - Deduct 1 Point
- No City Name Provided - Deduct 2 Points
- No Phone Number Provided - Deduct 3 Points
- No Email Address Provided - Deduct 6 Points
- "Fly From" or "Fly To" Information Not Provided - Deduct 10 Points
- Departure Date Not Provided - Deduct 3 Points
- Departure Date Beyond 60 Days - Deduct 3 Points
- Number of Passengers Not Provided - Deduct 3 Points
- If The Number of Passengers Is Listed As "One" - Deduct 3 Points
- Comments Section At The Bottom Of Every Charter Quote Request Form : When A Client Requires Multiple Trips or Multiple Departure Points - Such As A Crew Rotation or Mob or Demob, The Departure Dates or Locations May Not Be Provided. If Some Of The Details Captioned Above Are Omitted, But The Client Provides Supporting Details In The Comments Section Of The Charter Quote Request, We Will Add The Points Back On.
- If We Charge You For A Charter Quote Request That You Feel Does Not Match Your Charter Market Profile or Does Not Have A Minimum Quality Score Of #5 - Simply Advise Us By Email or Phone And Will Gladly Credit It Back To You . . . . No Questions Asked.
- Each Charter Quote Request We Send You, Clearly Shows The Quality Score Assigned To It. This Way You Can Immediately Determine If You Have Been Charged For It.
- If A Charter Quote Request Loses 6 Points or More, We Will Still Send You The Request, However You Are Not Charged For It. You May Send Your Quote To The Client If You Feel It Is Warranted.
- We Send Every Charter Quote Request A Confirmation Email, Advising That We Have Received Their Request And To Expect Quotes Directly From The Charter Airlines In Their Email Within 24 - 48 Hours.
