1. What assurances do I have that we are not paying for useless non qualified Quote Requests?
Before we forward your charter quote request, we first ensure that the request matches your Operational and Geographical services as outlined in your Charter Market Profile. Secondly, the inquiry is subjected to our Quality Score Program to ensure the inquiry is of value. If the inquiry does not meet our minimun standards for Quality Score, you will not be charged for the Charter Quote Request.

Each Charter Quote Request that is received initially receives a default value of 10. We then deduct points from the inquiry based on either incomplete, missing information or information that is of little or no value. If the Quote Request loses 6 points we will still send you the inquiry, however you will not be charged.

You will be asked to prepay for 50 Charter Quote Requests @ $5.00 per request. Once you have received your 50 qualified charter quote requests, you have the option of requesting another 50 charter quote requests. There is no automatic renewal
4. What are my payment options when subscribing to the Charter Quote Request Program?
Our primary payment method is by Credit Card. Once you complete and submit the subscription form, you will be taken to a secure Credit Card Payment page where you may complete the transaction. If Credit Card Payment is not convenient, please contact us for alternative payment options. See below for contact information.
5. Is there any discount for bulk purchases of Quote Requests?
At this time we do not offer any bulk purchase discount.
6. Can I dispute the validity of a Quote Request and request credit for non qualified lead?
Yes, you can dispute a charge if you feel the inquiry received did not match your charter market profile or if the inquiry did not meet the minimum Quality Score. We will credit your account immediately. Our primary goal is to ensure you find value in our program and you maintain your subscription to our Charter Quote Request Service.
7. How many Charter Quote Requests will I receive on average?
There is no accurate yard stick for this question. Every company is different and will depend primarily on how many Display Listings you choose and their locations. Some weeks you may receive 2 - 4 Charter Quote Requests and then you may go two weeks without receiving a request. It depends on the current interest in charter flights for your particular charter profile.
8. I received a Quote Request, but the same client contacted me directly as well, - Am I charged for that Request?
If you receive the Quote Request from our program first and then after you receive the same request directly from the client - you will be charged. If however we send you a Quote Request which you initially received directly from the client - advise us immediately and we will credit the charge. We must receive notice within 24 hours of sending you the Quote Request in order to receive credit.
9. What happens if I receive my initial charter Quote Requests and I choose not to renew?
You are under no obligation to renew. However if your account balance is used up, with a zero balance for 14 days your Display Listings Will Be Deactivated and you will no longer receive charter quote requests.
10. What is the minumum number of Charter Quote Requests I can purchase upon renewal?
When you account reaches $20 we will advise you that you balance is nearing Zero . You have the option of renewing your subscription with another 50 charter quote requests at the same price as your intitial order.
11. Is there any guarantee that Quote Requests will generate charter revenue?
We can guarantee to send you quality Quote Requests, however we cannot guarantee that any Request will result in sales or revenue charter trips. We have found that the subscribers who are most successful with the program - make immediate follow up to the client with complete and accurate charter quote information and then follow up with a phone call (when possible) to ensure client received their quote and respond to any questions, etc. Current advertisers report that they book an average of two revenue charters out of each batch of 50 quote requests.
12. Do any of my competitors receive the same Charter Quote Request?
You will receive Charter Quote Requests through 2 types of Charter Quote Request Forms:
- #1. The Charter Quote Request Form Linked To Your Listings: When a client completes and submits your dedicated Charter Quote Request Form, you receive that inquiry exclusively and we do not share it with any other charter airline.
- #2. Our Generic Charter Quote Request Form: When clients complete and submit our generic charter quote request form that is not linked to any specific advertiser, we will evaluate the request and assign it a quality score. Generic charter quote requests may be forwarded to as many as 3 charter companies who are best positioned and equipped to provide the service requested. If the charter quote request earns a quality score of 5 or more it will be charged out at $5.00 plus tax.
14. Can I buy ad space on the CharterFlightNetwork.com webiste?
There is currently no display advertising opportunities available on our website.
15. Do I deal directly with the charter client?
Yes, you always deal directly with the client in booking the flights and arranging payments. Charter Flight Network is not a charter broker and we charge no commissions nor fees for any charter bookings made through our program
16. Are there any commissions or brokerage fees charged against any charter bookings?
CharterFlightNetwork.com is not a charter broker and we do not get involved in any aspect of the charter booking process. There are no fees nor commissions payable to us for any booking. You always deal directly with the client throughout the entire process of setting up the charter.
17. What other fees are associated with subscribing to the Charter Quote Request Program?
Other than applicable taxes, there are absolutely no other fees of any kind.
18. Is there any charge to make changes to my charter market profile as my services change?
Providing your account is active (with a current balance) you may submit changes to your charter maket profile every 30 days at no charge.
19. Can I Cancel? Is there any refund?
You may cancel your subscription to this program at anytime. When you send us your $250 plus tax, it is set up as a CREDIT Account. If for example you never received a quote request and you were never charged for any quote request, you would be entitled to the full $250 plus tax refund. If for example you received 10 quality quote requests, there would be $50 plus tax deducted from your credit account. If you cancelled, you would be entitled to the remaining balance of $200 plus tax. In 15 years, we have never had a request for a refund or canellation.
