(1a) Your Display Listings Will Impact Your Target Markets - All At No Charge
When you subscribe to our Pay For Response Air Charter Marketing Program, the first thing we do is work with you in designing highly visible display listings for your airline.
We will design up to 4 different versions of your listings featuring different aircraft images and descriptive text. We determine the geographic markets you want to target. We then feature your listings on dozens of pages throughout our website which promote charter flights to your specific target charter markets. And, we do this all at no charge.
Here is an example of a typical display listing we set up for Fast Air, featured on multiple website pages. Fast Air provides charter services in Manitoba, British Columbia as well as Ontario. Their listings are featured on pages in our Manitoba section,British Columbia section and Ontario section. This gives them a total of 30 listing - all at no charge.
Fast Air operates a VIP class, 9 passenger Beechcraft King Air 350 out of the Billy Bishop Airport and provides charter service to destinations across the province, throughout Canada as well as thousands of airports throughout the USA.
(1b) Your Listings Will Be Featured On All Pages Within Your Target Markets
You will see in (2a) below how each charter company who subscribes to our program, defines their geographic charter market by completing our Charter Market Profile. Our Charter Flight Network website may have 10 - 50 pages that feature charter flights within your defined charter market area. Your listings will not remain static on any one page, but rather they will regularly rotate throughout all pages that feature your charter markets, giving you Total Market Coverage.
(1c) Every Charter Company Receives Top Position
You will see in (2b) below that your listing will appear in a specific charter aircraft type category on any page. For example Jet Charters / Turbo Prop & Piston Charters / Float Plane Charters / Helicopter Charters. In order to ensure maximum exposure for each charter subscriber, we will not feature more than two charter companies in any one category. Plus listings will always rotate from top to bottom in each category, to ensure each subscriber receives equal time in the top position.
Charter Flight Network website is made up over 800 pages. Each page promotes wheel plane / float plane and helicopter charter flights to a specific destination within a Canadian province or territory.
(2a) Charter Market Profile
In order to ensure we place your listings on the pages that best represent the markets you want to target, we ask all new subscribers to complete and submit the Charter Market Profile form. Here are some of the required categories on our form.
(2b) We Place Your Listings On Multiple Pages Throughout Our Website, Based On Your Charter Market Profile
Once we receive your completed Charter Market Profile, we start placing your listings on muiltiple pages, based on the information you provide in your Charter Market Profile.
We will place your listings on as many as ten pages for every province or territory you serve. If for example you provide service to destinations in Quebec, Ontario and Manitoba, you listings will be featured on 30 pages at any one time. All at no charge.
(2c) Every Charter Destination Page Features Available Aircraft Categories
To allow clients to easily request a quote for the exact type of aircraft required, each page features the following Charter Aircraft Categories:
Based on your Charter Market Profile, your listing will appear in the category that matches your profile. If for example a charter airline operates both jet and turbo prop aircraft, their listings will appear in both categories, but on different pages .
(3a ) Every Page Provides Clients With Two Options For Requesting A Charter Quote
Every page is designed to give clients two charter quote request options. Clients can scroll down the page and choose from the Jet / Turbo Prop / Float Plane / Helicopter category and then request a charter quote directly from any of the charter companies listed in each category. Or, if clients would like to receive up to 3 competitive quotes, they can complete and submit our generic charter quote request form.
Here is how each charter quote request option works:
(3b) Requesting A Quote Through Your Company Listing
When a client clicks the "Quote Request" Button on any of your listings, he does not link to your website. He links to a charter quote request form that has been set up and designed exclusively for your company.
When the client submits the completed form, it is routed through the Charter Flight Network email server. We confirm that is not spam and that it is complete with the client's contact information and it matches your Charter Market Profile. We assign it a quality score and within 60 - 90 seconds it forwards to your email.
Your team prepares a quote and sends it directly to the client. If the client accepts your quote, he or she deals directly with your charter service to confirm all details, scheduling and payment.
(3c) Generic Charter Quote Requests
When clients would like to receive up to 3 competitive quotes, they can complete and submit our generic charter quote request form, located on all 800 pages of our website.
After reviewing the quote for completeness, we assign it a quality score and forward the request to the charter companies whose Charter Market Profile best matches the request.
This means that when you subscribe to our Pay For Response Air Charter Marketing Program, you can receive charter quote requests that match your Charter Market Profile, from any page, even if you do not have a featured listing on that page.
(3d) Quality Score
